We are the authorised Irish distributor for most of the brands we sell.
Minimum
There is a minimum order of €150 excluding VAT (across all our brands) for all orders.
Delivery – Ireland
Delivery is free on all orders over €350 excluding VAT (across all our brands). For orders below €350 excluding VAT the delivery charge is €6.00.
Delivery is usually made by Fastway using a next day service. We will send you a tracking number for your delivery.
Payment
We do not offer credit accounts so pro-forma payment is required on all orders.
Payment must be made by bank transfer – bank details will be supplied on the invoice. We do not accept payment by credit/debit card or by PayPal.
Selling Online
We ask that our customers do not sell our products on third party market place sites such as Amazon or eBay.
How To Order
Orders should be placed by email. We will send an order form after an account has been set up.
Please Note:
Pro forma invoices (including invoices for orders placed at trade shows) must be paid for within one month of the order date otherwise the order will be cancelled and reserved items will be put back into stock.
We do not hold back orders for items that are out of stock.
Any problems?
We will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in the condition you expect it to. However please notify us in writing within four days of receipt of any damaged or incomplete orders.
